Did you know that you can
create your own placemats? It is simple really: Step
1: Create a design in A3-size format and save it as
JPG-file on your pc.
Step 2: Copy the file to a CD for the copyshop in order to
have it printed in A3-size.
Step 3: Have it "laminated", which can also be
done by most copyshops or printers.
The lamination gives the sheet a coating and therefore
makes it last longer. But you can also use the placemats
in paperform and throw them away after they have been
used. The benefit of
creating your own placemats is, that you can completely
customize them to your needs and wants. If for example,
you are planning a childrens birthdayparty, take a drawing
of the birthdaychild and scan it on your pc. Then resize
it to A3-format (or any size you want) and follow the
steps laid out above. When
you are planning Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner, it is
also a great idea to have your own custom made placemats
for the dinnertable. Surely you can think of more
uses. To make things
easier, we have created some designs for placemats. All
designs are made in A3-size. When you buy one, you will
receive a PDF-file as digital download. You can then copy
this file on a CD and take this to the copyshop or printer
to have it printed.
